Austin Vershel Final's 2023 Mock Draft

Round 1

  1. Carolina Panthers: Bryce Young, QB, Alabama

    Chalk.

  2. Houston Texans: Tyree Wilson, EDGE, Texas Tech

Not the pick I would make but the pick that looks like it will be made.

  3. Arizona Cardinals: Paris Johnson, OT, Ohio State

Bucking conventional wisdom, Cardinals land the top OT prospect in this years class.

  4. Indianapolis Colts: Will Levis, QB, Kentucky

The mayo drinking, banana peel eating gunslinger from Kentucky lands in a favorable spot with offensive guru? Shane Steichen

  5. Seattle Seahawks: Will Anderson, EDGE, Alabama

    Chalk?

  6. Detroit Lions: Jalen Carter, DL, Georgia

A pipe dream for Detroit becomes a reality. Lions land the top defensive prospect in the class.

  7. Las Vegas Raiders: Devon Witherspoon, CB, Illinois

A QB? no. Witherspoon too good to pass up here.

  8. Atlanta Falcons: Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

    Chalk.

  9. Chicago Bears: Broderick Jones, OT, Georgia

Bears lose out on ot1 and dt1. Sucks to be them i guess.

  10. Philadelphia Eagles: Nolan Smith, EDGE, Georgia

6 3 and only 240 but a good college player with speed.

  11. Tennessee Titans: Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida

Titans drafted Malik Willis last year, so they clearly crave that archtype of QB.

  12. Houston Texans: Christian Gonzalez, CB, Oregon

A running mate for last years first pick Stingley.

  13. Green Bay Packers: Jaxon Smith Njigba, WR, Ohio State

Packers need to add an offensive weapon to see what they have got in Jordan Love.

  14. New England Patriots: Lukas Van Ness, EDGE, Iowa

    Chalk.

  15. New York Jets: Joey Porter Jr, CB, Penn State

This one was just a vibes pick for me.

  16. Washington Commanders: Deonte Banks, CB, Maryland

Take this one to the bank.

  17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Brian Branch, S, Alabama

Manifesting a saftey duo of Minkah and Branch for the Steelers.

  18. Detroit Lions: Peter Skoronski, IOL, Northwestern

Day 1 OG who takes over for Decker at LT eventually.

  19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Darnell Wright, OT, Tenn

    Replacing their lost OL.

  20. Seattle Seahawks: Calijah Kancey, DL, Pitt

Seahawks round out their DL with an explosive prospect who is a bit undersized.

  21. Los Angeles Chargers: Dalton Kincaid, TE, Utah

Move tight end for the Chargers, gives Kellen Moore and Herbert a new weapon.

  22. Baltimore Ravens: Keelee Ringo, CB, Georgia

Another vibes pick. Who knows what the Ravens even are right now.

  23. Minnesota Vikings: Myles Murphy, EDGE, Clemson

Nothing to say here. Thanks for reading though I realllly appreciate you.

  24. Jacksonville Jaguars: Keion White, EDGE, Georgia Tech

This years surprise first round pick after the EDGE depth thins out this late.

  25. New York Giants: Bryan Bresee, DL, Clemson

    Maryland represent.

  26. Dallas Cowboys: Drew Sanders, LB, Arkansas

    Chalk.

  27. Buffalo Bills: Zay Flowers, WR, BC

Chiefs make it no secret they want Flowers, but Bills snipe him.

  28. Cincinnati Bengals: Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Alabama

An RB Replacement for Mixon who is facing legal trouble again.

  29. New Orleans Saints: CJ Stroud, QB, Ohio State

How the mighty have fallen. In the words of Cardale Jones, CJ aint come here to play school. Stroud failed the S2 test but passes the vibe check and i couldnt find anywhere else to slot him.

  30. Philadelphia Eagles: Emmanuel Forbes, CB, Miss State

    Samari Rolle 2.0

  31. Kansas City Chiefs: Jordan Addison, WR, USC

I know Addison will go first round. But I cant find a spot for him. Someone will likely trade up for this pick or it will be Sydney Brown.
